As a result of feedback from all members along with changes in our funding, there have been some changes to how we deliver our training.

Our skills and strategies for daily living course was delivered over five days which often proved problematic for some members, as well as covering some topics that were not relevant to everybody.

We have now made this course modular and members can now pick and choose which parts of the course suits them best. Each module is for 2.5 hours and you are able to book one modular course to see how it goes and then choose others.

Each modular is free of charge and their full details are listed below.

If you would like to attend one then please get in touch with us on 01424 436359 and we will be happy to help you.
